This tour combines cultural heritage and outdoor adventure in a single day. On the way to Chon-Kemin, you will visit Burana Tower, one of the oldest architectural monuments in Central Asia dating back to the 10th–11th centuries. The tower is part of an archaeological complex that includes ancient stone carvings and balbals (old Turkic stone monuments), offering a glimpse into the region’s long history.

After the cultural visit, the journey continues to Chon-Kemin Valley, located about 180 km from Bishkek. This picturesque valley is known for its forests, rivers, and traditional rural life. Here you will experience authentic Kyrgyz hospitality with a traditional homemade lunch in a local family house.

In the afternoon, enjoy a 2–3 hour horseback ride through mountain landscapes and green meadows. Horse riding is one of the best ways to experience the nomadic traditions and natural beauty of the valley.

08:00 – Departure from Bishkek

Morning departure from Bishkek toward Burana Tower. The drive takes about 1.5 hours through the scenic Chui Valley.

09:30 – Visit Burana Tower
Arrival at Burana Tower and exploration of the archaeological complex. Burana Tower is one of the oldest architectural monuments in Kyrgyzstan, dating back to the 10th–11th centuries. Originally the tower was about 40 meters high, but today its height is approximately 21.7 meters after being partially destroyed by earthquakes.

During the visit you will walk around the open-air museum area where you can see ancient stone balbals, stone carvings, and petroglyphs. There will be time to take photos and enjoy the historical atmosphere of this important cultural site.

11:00 – Drive to Chon-Kemin
After visiting Burana Tower, continue driving toward Chon-Kemin Valley. The journey takes approximately 1.5–2 hours through rural landscapes and mountain foothills.

13:00 – Arrival and Lunch
Arrival in Chon-Kemin Valley and traditional lunch in a local family house. This is a good opportunity to experience local hospitality and taste homemade Kyrgyz dishes. After lunch there will be some time to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the valley.

14:30 – Horse Riding
After lunch, begin a horseback riding trip through the valley lasting approximately 2–3 hours. The route follows scenic trails through green meadows and along small mountain rivers with views of surrounding mountains and traditional summer pastures.

Horse riding is suitable for beginners as well as experienced riders and is one of the best ways to explore the natural beauty of Chon-Kemin Valley.

17:30 – Return to Bishkek
After the horseback riding experience, departure back to Bishkek.

20:00 – Arrival in Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek in the evening and end of the tour.
