This 5-day cultural and nature journey explores some of the most beautiful landscapes and authentic traditions of Kyrgyzstan. Starting in Bishkek, the tour travels through the scenic Chon-Kemin Valley, the dramatic landscapes of the Issyk-Kul region, and the cultural heart of Karakol.
Along the route, travelers visit the ancient Burana Tower, explore the red sandstone formations of Skazka Canyon, and see the famous Jeti-Oguz red cliffs. The journey also includes a traditional eagle hunting demonstration, a visit to a nomadic yurt camp, and a relaxing stop at natural hot springs near Karakol.
A special highlight of the tour is the visit to the remote mountain village of Ichke-Jergez, where guests experience authentic Kyrgyz rural life, bake traditional tandyr bread, and spend the evening with a welcoming local family.

Bishkek-Chon Kemin
In the morning after breakfast, we transfer by car to the Chon-Kemin Valley. On the way we will stop to visit the Burana Tower. This historical monument is all that remains of the ancient 13th century Karakhanid city of Balasagun, once the heart of an empire. Lunch in Chon-Kemin at our guest house.
The Chon-Kemin Gorge and Valley is one of the most picturesque places on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The area is a protected unique natural complex, and includes the gorge, valley and the Chon-Kemin River. After our arrival, we will go for a hike along the slopes of the valley and enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Dinner and overnight at a local guest house.

Chon-Kemin - Bokonbaevo
After homemade breakfast, we will travel by car to the south shore of Issyk Kul lake, the largest lake in the country. The landscape around the Issyk Kul varies dramatically. After grassy hillsides, we find bare, desert landscapes lined with red sandy hillsides on one side and sea-sized Issyk Kul on the other. This day we meet with the Eagle Hunter and take photos with the eagle also we will visit Kyrgyz family and learn about Kyrgyz yurts. Dinner and overnight at the yurt camp near the shore.

Bokonbaevo-Karakol
After breakfast, we will drive to the Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyons. Its stunningly diverse sandstone formations are truly fabulous. Afterwards, we will visit the red rock formations of Jeti Oguz. The name means “seven bulls” and comes from the fact that the rocks look like seven bulls. On the approach to Jeti Oguz we will also visit another rock formation that resembles a broken heart. After arrival in Karakol we will have lunch and then short city tour in Karakol. By the evening we will visit natural hot springs. Overnight and dinner in the guest house in Karakol.

Karakol – Ichke-Jergez village
Transfer from Karakol to Ichke-Jergez village. 30km. Rural life experience day. We will stay with the family and involved to their live. The village located on foot of the mountain and hike to the flagstick will be good hike before lunch. After lunch some rest and we will make tandyr bread with the family. It is teachers family and all members are really talented. By the dinner they will make small concert. Overnight with the village.

Ichke-Jergez - Bishkek
Transfer to Bishkek by the north shore of the lake. It is 430km driving. By arrival accommodation in hotel. City tour and shopping. Dinner in restaurant.
