Discover the rich culinary traditions of the Dungan people during an authentic Hot Pot (Hogo) experience in Kyrgyzstan. This interactive dinner is more than just a meal — it is a cultural journey through flavors, rituals, and centuries-old traditions.
The Chinese-style samovar, known as Hogo (hot pot), is prepared and enjoyed together throughout the evening. You will cook your own ingredients at the table, learn about Dungan customs, and take part in traditional fortune-telling rituals.
The evening also includes a Huā Chá tea ceremony served with national pastries, as well as a visit to a cozy family museum featuring authentic artifacts, some over 100 years old.
A special highlight is the opportunity to dress in traditional Dungan wedding costumes and take memorable photos.
