Bishkek, 19.03.26 /Kabar/. The Fund for the Support of Tourism Development held a working meeting with the leadership of the Border Service of Kyrgyzstan as part of preparations for the tourist season. As reported by the fund, during the negotiations, the parties discussed priority areas of interagency interaction aimed at improving the efficiency of serving tourist flows and ensuring safe and comfortable access to the country’s tourist locations. The key topics of the meeting were: – comprehensive preparation for the opening of the tourist season, taking into account the projected growth of tourist flow; – implementation and scaling of digital services for interaction with citizens and foreign tourists, including informational support and simplification of procedures; – development of infrastructure for mountain tourist routes, including systematic informational and navigational support. Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on strengthening coordination and launching operational development of joint solutions aimed at improving the quality of the tourist environment and strengthening the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan’s tourism industry. The parties confirmed their readiness for systematic and practice-oriented implementation of the agreed initiatives in the upcoming tourist season.
